How to make an avater

Does anyone knowhow to make custom avatars???I made a request on the thread above, but I'm not popular enough to get help there. So I'll make it myself, but I don't know how to do it.Could someone please help me???:confused:

Someone replied to the people around me, yet ignored me.Anyhow...could you make me one of one in here (http://www.geocities.com/black_mage123uk/avatars.html). I either want the one on the second row, third from last.If thats too hard to do, the 2nd one, but I just want him with the scrolling Matrix background. If you can do that, I will be very very very very very very very(slap).....very happy.:D :D :D :D :D

Ok so you want either http://www.geocities.com/black_mage123uk/riona-angel.jpg one or http://www.geocities.com/black_mage123uk/quistis.jpg one. Right?

Add question marks at the end of the links to make them work.

Whatcha mean? You just make the picture with anything, like Paint, Photshop, etc. ;)

Then you just put the files together and make it a GIF. Not sure what program you use though, I forgot >.<
