HOW do u taunt in the game

In SP you can't, but in MP you type into the console 'bind x taunt' without the quotes.

Actually the command is bind x +taunt. Remember the + before taunt.

Type in 'bind x taunt' without the quotes and replace the x with any key. (this is the spinning lightsaber taunt);)
