This game could be extremely fun (haven't yet downloaded the demo) or it could be horrondusly silly, from what I have heard it could be either one after I play the demo I'll come back with a better answer

I've been watching the info on this game since they first put it into development. (before XBox and GC were out)

The graphics look incredibly(IMO), but I am skeptical about it because I wasn't a big fan of the movie.

I am still watching it though. :D

Not many people were. It wasn't that great. I agree with you on the graphics though. Hopefully playing the game will be better than the original movie.

Is is true there's also a movie coming out?

Tron 2?

I haven't heard anything about it, but I don't ususally hear movie news until it hits TV, theatre spots or is posted on the boards....

Can someone tell me the point of this game?

Hopefully you don't just throw those discs the whole time....:p

I have been reading around the net, and supposably there was supposed to be a GAME released alongside a Tron Sequel, but the games out and the movie isn't, and movies.com when you look up tron 2 the latest news is that Tobey Maguire was supposably going to play tron and that was in '02, and they have a link to the supposed Tron site, its a link to the game here it is TRON2.0 (http://www.tron20.net/frameset.html) On this site Jedi A it tells you everything about the game

They weren't even going to have the discs at first. I read in PC Gamer that they weren't going to and people got upset so they added it in.

I heard that the game is terrible, and the movie is indeed true.

Disney always releases sequels nowadays, even to their old movies, it was bound to happen.

I personally liked the movie, even though I believe it came out before I was born, my dad, who is a science fiction nut, bought the Tron DVD and I watched it and loved it, I'm a big fan of weird Sci-Fi movies, I first watched 2001: a Space Odyssey when I was 5 with my dad for the whole 3 hours it was on . ;)

This game doesn't interest me in the slightest atm. I love the film, but the concept is old now. Been there, done that, got the t-shirt kinda thing. I remember playing the old arcade Tron game, and that wasn't all that great. If it gets a good review, which I very much doubt, I'll consider downloading the demo to check it out.

Yep, I'm that old. :D

I was playing games for years before most of the people on this forum were twinkles in their dads eyes. ;)

Ok, i downloaded it and atm its very complicated system but the driving id ok except the cemera never turns with you when driving im also hating how the fights are almost puzzle, the round disappears and the walls open and stuff changes color, though what i loved about this game is.......

The interface was amazing.
