Yeah. I'm extermly happy. The world comes back to Canada... and this was announced when over half of the nation is in a hang over from Canada Day. :D

But this is great news. But 2010 I'll be out of college and most likely live on my own with a great job in the design field. I allready sorta have a plan in mind. Hike from Ottawa all the way to Vancouver just in time for the Olympics.

At the same time I can take thousands of pictures from my trip in this beautiful country. I'm so happy of all the open spaces and national parks we have.

Hey thats a great plan, just don't forget money so you can buy that plane ticket when you collapse as soon as you hit Toronto half dead! :p;)

Anyone want to room with me at the Olypics in 2010 together? Combine costs and it should be a lot cheaper than paying full price for those hotels. Catch the hockey games, see some aerial games, it should all be fun.

Come on ET and Andy I know you want to.

long live the spirit bear. it's going to be hard for the canadian government to force them into extinction now, especially since it will be the 2010 mascott. that is the main if not only reason i am glad we won an olympic bid at this time, because next year the protection the bears are getting from the government expires. sports, unless your talking FPS, I have little if no interest in them. but i am glad for the bears.
