Question about PA hall?

When we build the hall will it come with mission terminals....I think these are key to getting people to stay around the crafter's retreat. Also, if not are there even terminals at the Lake retreat?

These are all things we need to consider...it is hard to do missions when you have to walk so far just to get one.

I don't know if there are terminals with the PA Hall.
I think we need to reach city status before that.

And, no, Lake Retreat doesn't have a mission terminal as I have seen. That may be because it's not a city, which further supports my thinking that we need to be declared a city before we have them. :)

It (Lake Retreat) does have a bank and Bazaar terminal next to the shuttleport.
