Sewers and items to have

I'm having trouble getting through the sewers.
I wondering how many med pacs you would recomend going in with because it's seems like I use almost one per person evertime there is a small battle.
Also what other items would you recomend having before attempting the sewers.

If you are really damaged the hit start go to the map and hit x then you will go back to ur base then repeat that last step and ou will return to the place you did it originally and you will find medpacs in the peaple you kill search them

once you enter the vulcans base you will get advanced medback and should be fine, hang in there
