Advice for rest of the game (Avoiding Glitches)?

I have completed most of the Tatooine quests (including the main one). I am getting ready to move on to another planet, but I want advice on what glitches to avoid and how to avoid them.

I read somewhere about skipping the Wookie planet and going their last, to avoid some glitch. Is this true?

What else do I have to watch out for?

Never ever EVER let Mission or anyone else with cloak abilities enter into a cutscene while cloaked.
