If I remember correctly, FotR came out about a year ago. Since The Two Towers was released a year after Fellowship, I thought it should be avaible on VHS/DVD in august.

However, I don't see any TV commercials announcing it yet  .

Perhaps there's something I don't know (could it be delayed?)?

TTT wil be released in august ... but near the end of the month.

I remember FotR was released 8th of august (and I had it the 5th :D)

It ain't so bad ... around the 21st I get my money.

I rented it last night after my class. GREAT MOVIE!!!

I'll wait to buy the EXT. version.

The best lines in the movie...

"Just don't tell the elf."

and

"You could've picked a better spot. I can't see a thing!"
"Would you like me to tell you, or would you like me to get you a box?"

I'll just rented it. Last year I made the mistake of buying the normal version first (I sold it later).

I just bought it also. And like Young David, I have both the extended and normal version of fellowship :)

I didn't look at all the making of stuff on CD 2, but the 10 min. preview of RotK is pretty great.

Nooooo!!! I want to own it!! No one's going to go pay another 7.50 to see it again. Just give us the DVD and please the masses! Is there anyone who can corroborate this?

Is that the original or the new one with Marky Mark?
