Hello everyone. I posted a thread similar to this one over at SW Forums..but not getting much Responces.
Are any of you swampies Hyperspace Members over at SW.com? I have become recently enticed by this and decided to activate a 5 day membership. I am wondering if those of you who do have memberships find that you get $15.00 worth of info - or if you break it down...$3.98 worth of info. I'm debating.
So far from what I have seen - it is already what I have pretty much heard about. I'm enticed by this webcam thing but...well this wasn't a good thing but when I first went to see what it was all about - it was under maintnence...
So okay - it has finnaly come up bunch of blue screens to me. What fun is that? How many times do you actually get to see the actors etc?

Not even sure what it is.:( I have never heard of it.

You just want to see Obi-Wan walk past in his boxers. :D

One can only hope - but I'd rather see Anakin if its all the same...
So far no one is interested in this Hyperspace thing.
Its actually kinda neat...

I meant to activate my free trail too, bu I couldn't do it at school and I forgot when I got home.
I dunno, but 15 a year doesn't sound too bad.

True - it didnt' seem too bad for me either. But I want some content that you know isn't all over the net yet? The webcam is kewl though. I've been checking out the archives and it does have some interesting shots in there. I have a starwars email...
You get to read a very "VAGUE" journal
so far not seeing $15 bucks worth.....

I would get it, if they were to cater for people from the UK, I like Star Wars alot.

So far the only thing I'd be interested in is the download of the Droid Control Ship scene. Even if they couldn't be bothered to finish it properly  Not worth $15 alone though (what's that, about £11?)
I may do it when the Clone Wars cartoons are available for Hyperspace-only-download, but it depends on the video quality. I'm not bothered about the diaries or web-cams as I'm going spoiler-free for this one.
I can't help feeling a little cynical about the whole exercise. It's not like Mr Lucas hasn't made any money from me so far, y'know? "We want to reward our most loyal fans with exclusive web-content". When it comes to SW fans, how loyal is "loyal"? I wouldn't have thought that being willing to spend $15 at the drop of a hat would make me loyal.
Anyway, sorry about that. :p
So, no I'm not a member yet, but I may consider it if they can show me something that's worth it.

i'd rather spend my money on anime dvds.:)
plus you said you aren't seeing your 15 dollars worth. so I don't think that makes me to eager to join.
