Finish the game, or play the game?

Which do you prefer?

As many times as I've played KOTOR, I've only beaten it 4 times.
1) Soldier/Jedi Guardian - Dark Side
2) Soldier/Jedi Consular - Light Side
3) Soldier/Jedi Sentinal - Middle of the Road (and peed off*)
4) Female Soldier/Jedi Guardian - Dark Side

But usually when I play the game, once the Ebon Hawk arrives at the Star Forge, I delete all saves (minus the Galaxy Droid save), and start over. I personally think its more fun to go through all the missions and have the game more open-ended.

I've also discovered the fun you can have with the names. I've been:

1) Cassus Fett :fett:
2) Cassandra Fett (the time I was a chick) :fett:
3) Carth Onasi
4) Bob Fett :fett:
5) Jango Fett Sr. :jango:
6) Bob Revan
7) currently I'm using Jodo Kast

anyone do this too? What do y'all use as your character names? If it's unique, whats the story behind it?

I think I'll be Carlos Hathcock next time, though y'all prob don't know who that is. :snipe1:

*I got to the room where you get the custom robes. And being in the middle (grey background), I was given the Star Forge robes. HOWEVER, since I wasn't good enough, I couldn't wear them!

I've finished it once as a female scoundrel named Niko Dal'Ariel after a character in the Galaxy Rangers cartoon.

I'm playing again as a character named Kairi Shorel, a female scout.

Actually, it's my niece's save game. She wasn't able to play it through since she had limited time during her visit, and requested me to not only play the game using her character, but translate it into something she could read so that she had something to keep her occupied until Harry Potter 6 comes out.

With a game like this, I play it in sections, keeping saved games as "bookmarks" in the story like the chapters in a DVD. I can play it through or I can play only a piece that I want to look at more closely.

A female Scout/Sentinel the first time around, named Sin Verani and following the light path.

At the time, I didn't know that the main character is the Jedi Revan...so I found it amusing that I chose a name that's "Revan" rearranged, if you ignore the "i" at the end. Interesting coincidence. ;)

I'm now playing the dark path as a female Soldier/Guardian named ...something I can't remember cuz I'm tired. x.x

And, since the Star Force is fun, I can't see not playing it. Especially since I want to see the Dark Side ending. ;)
