devmap all? Unlocks cheats if that's what you're talking about.... there's also helpusobi 1,.

Open console: should be shift+~ for you but may vary depending of keyboard layout.

type: devmapall followed by the return-key

now you can type in all the commands you read about

close with another shift+~
