I think he's crazy too. It's one thing to do it and it's a whole other thing to do it in the middle of town overhanging public streets.
He just craves attention; atleast that's the impression I have of this feat.

yeah, i heard about this psycho. there's no other explination. in the article i read, he was quoted saying he didn't know why he did it, he just did. and you've heard of all the other stupid crap he's done, right? what a moron. here's a link to an article on msnbc:

I used to like David Blaine... in his street magic days, he was cool and very intertaining. He had the psyche of a magician, he acted like everything was perfectly normal, and he really did his best to make you believe his tricks. But now, he just pulls stunts... nowhere near as entertaining!
i was in london a week a go so i thought i would go and see him. its certainly him inside the box, no doubt about it.
the only thing that could be a miss is if there's something in the water helping him, like glucose or vodka :p
i much prefer the street magic he used to do, that was much more entertaining than all his silly stunts.
