Dynamic Lights?

Whats the difference with dynamic lights on or off?

I don't see any difference, can someone post a screen for me? thx

...How can you not see it?

1. Turn off dynamic lighting.
2. Turn on your lightsaber, and look at your feet.
3. Turn on dynamic lighting.
