is there a way to slow down the game?

Back in Rune(based off the UT engine) you could slow games down. Duels at 1/10th speed were fun, and helped people learn the moves and when/how to use them.

Any way to do that in JK:JA?

assuming it is your server the command in

g_speed 250

250 is default change it to speed up or slow down.

g_speed controls the speed that you run. Try timescale instead.
set timescale 0.5 for half-speed action. set timescale 1 for normal.
