Where are the saved games store on yer machine?

The "saves" folder in the \GameData\base folder (\GameData\base\saves).

Also, if you run mods (like I often do) keep in mind every mod folder will have its own saves, demos and screenshots directory as well as its own jamp (or whatever) config files.
