Basic/Enhanced (?) Ideas: Underwater only NPCs

Something I've always been missing in JK2/A are underwater class NPC's like Fish or Submarine like droids.

Would be cool if someone would give that a try :D

While it would be cool, I don't really see it happening. JKA intentionally doesn't have much water in it.
