View Full Version : Assimilate problems, help?

I have gone and edited a chiss model from the original Jk2 assets pk3. After adding a skeleton and bone weight, I export to XSI format using the latest Max 6 export plugin. After doing so, I try to compile with Assimilate but get the following error:

Loading XSI models/players/_humanoid/root.XSI @ 0,XSI import failed, code = 4599 (file 'c:/jk2/base/models/players/_humanoid/root.XSI')

Is this an export error? If so , is anyone capable of compiling a glm with Max 6?

any help would be appreciated.

I think it has to do with the XSI export plugin. It's a fact that MAX 6 cannot be used to create player models (for now).

Get MAX 5.1 (or 4) if possible, that's the only way.
