I looked into kotor dialog with NWN TLKeditor and I have a few questions I hope someone else can answer.
How is the dialog linked to eachother (how are they triggered?)? by scripts? or is it something that the editor doesn't show?
Where are these scripts, and how can I edit them?

how are questions (things that the pc says) indicated? And how are answers (things that the npc says) indicated?

The name "Dialog.tlk" is very misleading. It should be named "texts.tlk" or something, because that is all it contains... texts references. The dialog (as the one you ask) is found in the files with the extensions .dlg and are found in the module files.

So if you'd change dialog.dlg it wouldn't have any effect on the game?

It does. Changing "dialog.TLK" will change what the NPC says, item names, basically all in game texts are stored in this dialog.tlk file. Each of those texts have a unique number. And file such as a .DLG file, which dictates the dialog like who say what and what are the available replies, will refer to that unique number so the game knows what to display.

you've been a great help. but one last question:
is the voice of the npc generated ingame, so if you'd change the text the actual talking and mouth movement in-game would also change?
