Ok. In the Naboo map the edge will probably be a building of some sort. But in Yavin 4 there aren't any buildings except for the two bases so what will signafy the edge of the map. Will it be like in spyro you run into an invisible wall(i hate that) or will there be a huge line of trees in the way or maybe something else.

Did you ever notice that in MMORPG style games every "Zone" is surrounded by a Mountain Range? It's like a world of craters...

Anyway, yeah, they could use Buildings, Thick Forests, Raging Rivers, or the craterous Mountain Ranges. And you may get the invisible wall if they can't think of anything fitting.

Or it could be round-the-world wrap around, where you walk all the way to the right of the map to come out on the left side.

I don't think you'll encounter digitall walls, they are only on the places where you shouldn't be in the first place.

I thought it was done nicely in Battlefield.

If you leave the designated area for too long you're a deserter and die.

in kotor, they used those markers to block off the desert on tatooine. kamino, endor, naboo, yavin 4, and geonosis should be easy as they could use mountains, trees, and rivers but i am interested to see how they will handle tatooine and hoth.

I remember that in rogue squadrin 3 the battle area for hoth was blocked of by huge mountains like you were in a crater.
