Crashes! Constant crashes on server!

Ok, I know I 've written my code perfectly. Why does my server constanly crash when I run my mode, I've even put all the cvar's under an #ifdef QAGAME define! Please help. Any good linux coders out there know anything about making code stable? Thanks :)

Could someone please reply! My server crashes every time there is multiple explosions, or sparks, or anything. Anyone know how to fix this?
