Grim Year One Hintbook

Does anyone know where this was obtained? Was it in some of the game boxes? It has no bar code so I'm assuming it wasn't sold.

It was included in some retail boxes of Grim Fandango.
There is a special sticker mentioning it + a demo disc on the box.
I have it but in one of my many boxes I store my games in. :)
It's basically some ad for the Prima Official Guide (very useful and clever ad I must add)...
If I stumble over it I will send you a pic. of course. :)

That's what I figured. Please send me a picture of the box w/ sticker when you can. Also what was on the demo disc?

When I got Grim Fandango, that booklet came in the box, as did the soundtrack, but no demo disc.
