Demo probs

I am having trouble with my demo. Whenever i try and run the gme it says something about it can't find diect draw but i did a systems analisise and it said it was ok for play but it won't work

You may not have the latest version of Direct X, trying downloading it. You can also run a diagnostic and check to see if direct draw is working.

Can you change rendering devices before launching the game?

well i have directx 8.0 which is what i need, oh well i will just re-download it
