Hello, being one of the people in charge here I feel compelled to actually help you. Unfortunatly all I can say is that LucasArts cancelled production on Sam and Max 2 back at the begining of March. Their reasoning was that there is currently no market for adventure games. After a mighty campaign put on by many fans to restart the production, LucasArts did nothing, so it's fairly safe to assume the game is gone for good.
