Yeah...so i dunno how many of you have noticed that I've been gone. But i promsed pie a story when i returned. Basically for the past 11 months my life had been going downhill with my social life just being shattered by everyone i knew. and well a few weeks ago i started suffering from panic/anxiety attacks and only being able to sleep 1-2 hours a nite. everything that i was trying to use as a distraction wasn't working so i basically turned into an emotional mess.

but the good news is i'm better and more in control of my thoughts so i feel i'm well enough to return to the swamp and continue in the fine art of spamming :)

wassup

Tips to getting better- this might work for you, but my opinion is purely 100% idiotical.

1. Drink tea. Decaffinated is probably best, but caffinated is good if you are really depressed.

2. Exercise. The more you excersize, the more "good feeling"(forgot the exact name) hormones gets released.

3. Tune into happy and cheerful shows, like Garden shows and home makeovers. Although you probably like it just as much as me(which isn't alot), it really does get you happier. Alternative is looking at pictures of gardens or landscapes, heck photography might make you happy too.

4. Eat a proper diet. Really, depending on what your diet is you can end up being happy or depressed, due to lack of nutrition.

Thank you.

Et Warrior makes an excellent point, as he so often does.

(Tell me that's the right phrase this time. :p)

Nah, ET Warrior just likes to look things up on Google, then post them here, because he thinks it makes him look smarter. :p

Welcome back, Zee! You were missed...
A lot of things happened after you left. Astro won the Presindential Elections, The Army of LucasForums was founded, lots of WTF quality stuff and... well... a lot...

I'm sure there's always something in LF to cheer you up. Try playing games, also, if you want o fight depression. Not those violent games, just simple ol' games like Arkanoid, Pacman, Tetris, or other Arcade/Puzzle games you may like.

Howdy Zee !

If you *really* wanna have a good time and feel *real* good, you can come to Thailand with Astro next month....... :D

and, no Sithy's not coming, I cant fully trust him in a "naked in the same room" scenario :p

* * *
BTW, Sabre didnt fully inform you, I didnt win the election, the CapN is the new prez and I VP....and what does that mean.... not much really..... :p
