Direct IP Connection

When people try to log on to the server via IP connect option they cannot.

Server specs

Dual Xeon 2.6 CPU
533mhz FSB
1 GB PC3200 DDR Ram
120 GB HD Serial ATA

23 meg upload 25 meg download

no firewall fully open

the server does show up fine on list and can be connected to through gamespy.

Is there something that anyone knows on this issue.

i think you needed a normal PC server with direct connect or something on in the settings, at least thats what i remember reading somewhere, i havent tried it myself
