how do i get the cheats for da pc to work?

I need help i have no damn clue were the game folder is. And were in the hell is the game options thingy!

1.)C:\Programfiles\Lucasarts\SWKotor
If you installed it to you're C drive.
2.)Same place in the Kotori ini. file. A notepad file. Under GameOptions write EnableCheats=1, & save.

As indicated by FiEND_138, the SWkotor.ini file in in C:\ProgramFiles\Lucasarts\SWKotor

If you don't see the .ini extension , then it's probably because you have "Hide extensions of known file types" turned on. in folders options. To turn it off, in Windows Explorer, go to Tools: Folder Options: View: uncheck "Hide extensions of known file types" and click OK.

Then right click the SWkotor.ini file and select open with notepad.

Make sure you have a capital E and C in EnableCheats=1

erm...of course if you are using a Mac, then the solution is slightly different...

Apparently what you would have to do on a Mac is:

1. Open the file swkotor.ini (located in the Library > Preferences > Knights of the Old Republic folder).
2. Under the heading [Game Options] type EnableCheats=1
3. While the game is running, activate the console by pressing the tilde ~ key (top left of keyboard).
4. Enter a cheat code and press Enter.

( I have no way of verifying this with my 10 yr old PowerMac :D )
