I have looked and cannot find a program that will allow me to take my FF games and rip the movie files from them. Does anyone know of a software program that would allow me to do this?

Thanks in advance.

it's prolly done with that thing that was out a while back that allowed pc gamers to actually play ps1 games on their computer.

I think the videos might've been taken from the PC versions of the FF games.

I dunno what format you're dealing with or much about PS video conversion at all so I can only try and offer some helpful links. One (http://www.richpsx.com/playstation2/utilities.html), Two (http://www.zophar.net/utilities/ps2util.html)

being an FF fan, I have discs off ALL the ps cg movies :D (ie final fantasy 1-9), as CG movies were made for the re-releases of the early games :D

I dunno about PS2 games, theyre a different kettle of fish. Those links I indicated were for ps1 movies. You can extract them as .avi format using these programs, though they are generally in .str format on ps1 discs.

I dont really bother with ps2 games, as far as the cgi movies. There'd be too much encoding, too much fiddlin around, and I cant be buggered. I barely have enough time to play nowdays rather than do that typa biz :(

Leppage, you seem to be in an off topic mood atm :p

yes, I'd like a new catsuit, but only if it comes with a rear view mirror ball, and some handcuffs :D
