these are the four who tell stories in the game that have little to do with the main story so who tells the best

I think HK-47, but I'm pretty tired of the other NPC's stories by now.

I voted HK-47.

My favourite was jollee. I liked the story about the jedi with the destiny and became overconfident.

its HK for me i tend to find all the others rather tedious after a while yet HK with all his comments is still somewhat amusing

Jolee for me. His was really the only story that I myself agreed with my pc's response choices as far as wanting Jolee to "get to the point already".

Plus his 'drawn out' story revealed alot about why Jolee is the way he is (cranky, stubborn, etc...stuff I aspire to be ;) ) The humor was just an added bonus :)

HK however is definitely a very close 2nd.

Boss walked in....

Anyways, the subtle humor, the stuborness, & general crankiness.

'I did it all for the wookiees.'

'The wookiees?'

'The wookiees.'

Its close between HK and Jolee, but I think Jolee pulls out on top. He had a heart, for one thing, and the lines were great.

Actually it is a Tie between HK-47 and Jolee Bindo for me, as both have stories and lines in the game that are hilarious. :D

[HK-47] And all that water... how the constant sloshing doesn't drive you mad... I don't know. [/HK-47]

[HK-47] [Extrapolation] I am sure the residents of Sleheyron were fishing pieces of Bochaba out of their soup for some time. [/HK-47]

Go on! My throat is dry and you are making me cranky... shoo!

What were we talking about again?

I have to admit that Hk-47 made me laugh more than once...

HK-47: I know it's hard master, I guess it is just our lot in life. Shall we kill something to cheer ourselves up?

They were all right, but they were strictly war stories, though the one about his first battle in the Basalisk War Droid was a pretty good one. :)

HK-47's and Jolee's stories were more humorous and informative than just intense and serious like Canderous' were, that is why they scored higher for me IMHO. :D

Canderous was my favorite character overall, but I enjoyed Jolee's company a lot more because he was such a crotchety old man. Especially loved the story about the guy who got thrown into an energy shaft and saved the galaxy. HK was alright, but, meh. And I hated Juhanti. I went darkside three out of four times just so I could gut her, but then I figured out that I could off her a lot earlier in the game, and my God, that was satisfying. The bitch must die.

I'm surprised more people haven't voted for Canderous. I mean, yeah, sure - HK had some of the funniest comments in the game, but they were more just comments than actual stories.

I dunno - I've always been kinda partial to Mandalorians in general, and I always wanted to learn more about the early ones. The "Jedi Knight" series of graphic novels gave us some insight into how the Mandalorians began and lived, but it was only a taste.

In this game, Canderous and his war stories offer another glimpse into that lifestyle. To the Mandalorians, war wasn't just a means to an end -- it was a religion unto itself. Reminds me of Klingons.

::sniff:: slinks off, depressed that he wasn't born a Mandalorian or Klingon.

I vote for jolee. He has pretty tight stories about Exar Kun's uprising, his wife, etc. Though it friggen took me forever to finish it all.

Closer, so close... Jolee. But i almost perfer their side banter with the game triggered conversations... Having Canderous and Jolee with you when you get to korriban(sp)... or HK 47 in the... pub(so i forgot how to spell canteena :D). I think that may be missing a little in 2.

O_O HK had Stories?!?!?!

Darnit I didn't bother it thinking he was some stupid droid.

I had killed Juhani. <_<

So, between Canderous and Jolee, I pick Canderous. Loved his Basilisk droid one. He had the real sound a seasoned warrior.

Yeah, if you managed to restore his memory, he'd tell you about all of his former masters. He was built by you while you were Lord Revan, and he became owned by Mandalorians, senators, and hutts.

HK-47 with Jolee coming in closely.

Yeah, apparently a ton of people never bothered talking to HK once they learned about their being *COUGH*you know who*COUGH*. If they had, they would've found out a lot of cool stuff about HK's first owner (you) and he would've activated the rest of his protocol, because of the proper stimuli.

Well of My choices since I had to choose I pick HK however I would say he is a good tie with jolee and canderous. Now while her stories were lame Mission did have backstory. Even if her story is her sidequest. But when you hear all of HK's Stories it's enough to leave you ROFL'ing and in crying because it hurts so bad. But Jolee is great for those gritty Old Man I Remember the Time When stories that always make you groan and tell him to shut up afterwards. But Canderous his stories always had great information on back history into him and his profound respect for you at the end is just amazing. But I voted HK but if I could revote would add a vote for the other 2.

Jolee is fun, and I think he's the wiserest. There's always some deeep, deep gem of wisdom, hidden in some of the stupidest things you've ever heard.

I like Canderous' stories, because they were quite interesting in how you could see what part he played in the Mandalorian Wars and then tell him that Mandalorians sucked, but I do think that HK is funny. However, I still haven't done anything with him, unfortunately.

I think i like HK's the best, but i also like Canderous' when he enters the planet on the basilisk, and when Jolee tells about the Andor Vex or whatever his name is.
