I wanna make a reskin of a head but i dont know how.

I opened with KoTor Tool swpc_tex_gui.erf
and i want to reskin the head PO_pmhc4 my question is, If reskin that texture does it changes in-game head appearance?

No, if you reskin a PO then all that will be changed is the Portrait. You need to find the textures in swpc_tex_tpa.erf. Look under p for player and party member heads.
