stuck on ravager

help:

ok, so i've killed darth nihilis and planted 3 proton cores. i found the other proton core in the missile bay next to the workbench, but it won't let me get it out without finding the override control console. i've searched every square inch on the ship and can't find any such console anywhere. help!

the console is in the very same room as that proton core in the missile bay :D I've been running all around the ship too to find out
