Stuck... Peragus Mines Voice Command (spoilers...)

Hi, i'm stuck in the Peragus Mines at the point where you need to collect the 3 pieces of the Maintenance Chief's voice to open the airlock. Where do you get the 3 pieces from, i've already got 2 - the one from the security console and one other, but I can't find the last piece. Can anyone help?
