Try something very simple, can you get npcs to spawn in JO?

It's really complicated in JKO. I personally wouldn't even try it. Too much of a hassle.

No it's about coop in the ladder map. But COOP in the singleplayer part would be teh roxxorz! lol :P

And he's doing very well, actually - except I had 8 Bots, and there was a huge pile of my corpses by the time I gave up. (It was t3_rift, my favorite level) =/

Well, you have to run the map with the CoOp gametype and it runs great. T3_rift is my fav as well, so it has the best support so far.
(Note that the bot support while in CoOp is questionable).

Noted. All too well. It has good support for Co-Op, but, yeah, not Bots so much. And did the blaster-wielding guys have to go? =/

I haven't altered the weapon loadouts at all. The only thing is that MP doesn't support the dual weilding gun thing and I haven't implimented it yet.

I mean, when I play Co-Op, everyone that doesn't wield a saber is gone. You know the merc on t3_rift who says "I can hardly see in this thing. It's like being a stormtrooper allover again..." and has a Conc Rifle? He doesn't appear in the game. =/

They're there on the many test runs that me and my beta testers have done on that map. I'm not sure why they wouldn't be here. Maybe you have those weapons disabled with the weapon disable cvar?

The Co-OP missions for JA are the "tier" missions, that the game doesn't care which ones you do or don't do. The plot in JO is rather linear, so... they might do the highlights from that game, if they did that, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Sorry.

mmm, I'm sure it's possible but it would be pretty difficult. JKO simply doesn't have the level of NPC implimentation in the MP engine that JKA does. You'd have to fully impliment NPCs before you could even start working on the JKO Co-Op mod.
Just get JKA and you'll be able to play JKO when I've finished all the Co-Op code.

I just got JO and JA and i wanted to use the mods that i have. Everyone on this thread seems to probably know how to do it. Can anyone tell me how to use them, step by step if possible, thanks.

Oh, I've cleaned up some bugs, mainly related to running CoOp in OJP Enhanced. Plus, I started a new document that describes what works and doesn't work with the maps that have been tested. Right now, I'd guess that 50% of the maps are at least playable from beginning to end.
The biggest need is for more betatester. Namely, I need people to play thru the SP maps in the newest OJP versions and tell me what needs to be fixed.
