My favourite level is the Blood Moon in DF I love how you have to go down into the depths of the planet and encounter a dark trooper phase 1! Are there any updates on this level, or is it to early to ask?

Good luck on the Mod btw I think it's a perfect recreation of the original game!!! Plus I'm on dial-up!

Im working on the map, is coming out quite nicely. Sometime, there will be some pics coming along..whenever that big update happens.

I forgot about all about this level, it's one that could really benefit from some modern atmospheric touch-ups that weren't possible in the original game.

It's amazing how varied DF's levels were. It's part of what made it a classic game, and it makes it an interesting challenge to re-mod ten years later.

I was wonderig Salv? What terrain maker do you use? Is it GenSurf or Easy Gen?

Im not using neither. Im using models as "walls", same method as the one used in Vjun in JA. Gives you more liberty and can be changed easily.

Thanks for the tip, I hadn't thought of using models as "walls." I just played through the second Mod yesterday and finally played the sewers level. Good luck on the Mod great job so far!
Right now I'm working on my level skills, I'm fairly used to cutscene animations, and I'm just getting started on mapping.
