We shouldn't actually have to use spoiler tags since the thread has been properly marked as containing spoilers. You entered at your own risk, thus you are responsible for spoiling yourself when entering.

Well lets see, the thread title says *spoilers* so seeing that one can assume spoilers are contained within this thread. So by entering after seeing that, you wave all right to complain about being spoiled.

Some of these toys are just ugly. Mace Windu for one. What gives with those arms? He looks like he belongs on a "special ward" at a hospital for the severly deformed. Vader needs to eat a ****ing salad, fat bastard. Palpatine (12)...what can I say? He looks like a penis. The head is the biggest part right at the top. Other than those things and the lopsided peg sabers, which I find repulsive, they look great.

unlike you sithy, Im trying my best not to be a self centred tosser :p

Ive seen the images a while ago elsewhere. Im thinking of others. This was not verified in the policy discussion, only mentioned... so unless an s-mod or admin says otherwise, Im still asking ppl nicely to use spoiler tags - about characters not revealed in the trailer, of which Tarkin is *definitely* one.

I'll seek claririfcation in the interim, especially with regards to this particular character :)

Well I got one of the only two 12" grievous' that were being sold at toys r' us. Was standing outside for about 20 minutes in a crowd waiting for Toys r' us to open, when we got in they had the huge display, I went straight for the 12" found one of the Grievous' snatched it up fast as hell, everyone was going for it and some others. I couldn't find any Aayla Secura's at any of the 5 stores I checked, so I had to order her online. :(

Once I get her I'll be going after the clonetroopers.

I went to walmart and they had tons of stuff. My husband wouldn't let me buy the Anakin where you can switch him to darth :( . Damn Budget. I should have bought him and sold him on ebay.

Question to all those who cried about the spoilers....

Do you close your eyes when walking past all the toys and starwars merchandise...such as cheese its?

"No hunny - you can't buy that - it contains a spoiler - I'm sorry your going to have to find a bag of doritos WITHOUT that general grevious guy."

Oh and Frosted Flakes has a Lightsaber spoon that lights up in it for free. There are 3 to collect. My son has the red one - its sooo cool.

Here's someone selling one now for fifty bucks - huh I only paid 3 dollars and I got the cereal.....

Pffft...how the roles are reversed here in Caps world. If I bought that damned Anakin/Vader thing, I'd have to re-size my own ass to make sure my wifes foot could fit in it snugly. I'd probably fall out if she ever said "Please let me get the Star Wars toys! I know we're on a budget, but..." I would clutch my chest and fall over dead, right there in the store.

One last thing. Were you saying you should've bought Vader and sold him on ebay, or your husband? Because to hear your description so far, Vader would probably get you more money.

Well, you should be fine if you use the Anakin version. (The Vader one is kinda weird/doesn't fit easily)

The Grevious is AWESOME, lots of detail, just don't mess up the arms like I did, I can't get the top ones to move. :(

*thinks about going to Wal Mart this evening*

Gotta get me some of those toys ^^

And KotOR >_>

EDIT:

Got Grievous AND KotOR

:D

My WalMart's entire SW aisle was full.

Barely anything at all was gone.

The Wal Mart people are crafty. Grievous was hidden above the aisle. After sifting through countless senators, Dooku, Aayla Secura, Shaak Ti, Ki Adi Mundi, Obi, Anakin, I looked up in vain, giving up. I had searched every hanger, every line of toys 10 boxes back.

Wait a tick.

There's Grievous.

Mike Windu
04-27-2005, 10:13 PM
I'd buy some for him for later, as these will be hard to find at a cheap price in a few years/30 years

I remember when I was 12 my dad gave me a Christmas present and it was a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle from like, 8 years ago.

I was like "AWESOME" cause I could remember wanting it.

I'd wait till he gets to be 7 before I give it to him though >_> <_< *is protective of his toys*

ZBomber

STTCT - Take your time. :) These figures will be going around for a LONG time. Many places even have them for about 2-3 dollars before a new collection of figures.

If you're looking for rare figures, try to get the Red and Blue Royal guards. They may be more common now, but at Midnight Madness, people raced to get the 2-3 per store.

ZBomber
