A recent one, not sure if it's out yet but I've seen the screening version, The Last Casino, was pretty cool. I have a celebrity crush on Catherine Isabelle so I'll watch and love anything she's in (wich sadly isn't very much).
The coolest Canadian film I've seen though would have to be Falling Angels.
Yeah so if you know any really cool Canadian films post em up, I'd love to check them out.
I'm trying to get my hands on, Finding Paige, a Catherine Isabelle film. But so far no luck, not even at foreign film stores or special video stores.
Yep so talk about anything related to Canadian Films.
BTW, I'm Canadian.

Igloos don't have power sockets, we use batteries.
Acctually alot of hollywood films are filmed in Canada these days, Vancouver, Montreal, and Toronto mostly.
Well it's good to see all the avid fans jumping to life.
You may know the movie Ginger Snaps, it's also a Canadian film.

did any one hear in the news about the woman who tried to sing the canadian national anthem at a hockey game but forgot the lines.. she tried again but she forgot again so she left..
then she comes out 20 minutes later to try again and she slips on the ice and falls on her arse.
Man i just saw that ... freaking hilarious

What is with people posting stuff in threads that has no relevance to anything these days?
abe, this thread isn't about Canada...or national anthems...it's about Canadian movies.

Oh man I just went to three video stores (ones that have hard to find movies) and couldn't find anything of a list of six movies that Katherine Isabelle is in. Every time there's a hard to find movie everyone recomends this particular store, they didn't have jack. I think I'm going to have to get them off the internet. You'd think Canada should have it's own films available eh?
