ModView/MD3View and ShaderEd2 HElp!!

I can't run any of these programs for some reason!

1.Modview comes up with an error: the Windows XP error that gives you the option to send/not send to Microsoft.

2.^^Same with MD3View,

3. ShaderEd2 says soemthing about configuring it in the "sourcesafe" menu, and then the MIcrosoft error (send/dont send error) pops up. :(

And this happens on start up or when you try to do something in particular?

Yea, I just want to start up the programs to take a look at them...and that Windows XP error comes up.

Well, that's...weird. I'm not sure what to suggest.
