Men at Work's "Land Down Under" and Tommy Tutone's "Jenny" are guaranteed to make me happy.

Take a look at Wang Chung's "Everybody Have Fun Tonight"...
wang chung did the entire soundtrack to To Live and Die in LA and it was pretty good :)
