The official trailer has been around for a couple of weeks now. The more I watch it, the better the game looks and space combat still looks incredible.

Whats your thoughts on the trailer? Does space battles tempt you more than ground? Do you feel that we really need to see more of the ground component before getting excited?

I slightly disagree... the ground battles looked a bit fishy, not by performance of the troops but by the graphics itself.

nevertheless the space battles look amazing

In the end, grafics don't mean squat if the game doesn't function well and/or is captivating. ;)

To much glitter not enough raw gameplay.

Of course the graphics will be fuzzy in a online trailer...

Did anyone notice at the start of the trailer when they view the death star moving toward the planet, you can actually see the game cursor in the lower right corner. I just noticed yesterday. You think they could edit that out for the trailer.

Speaking of Rancors (and noticing things ;) ), did anyone get the part where they said the Rancors are indigenous to Tatooine?

Yeah I got to that part and was like "Doh!" Someone needs to do their star wars research.

It's odd that it seems that SW games of today by definition have to be poorly researched. Especially the Rogue Squadron series.

Not too impressed myself. To be honest, it looked quite silly in places.
