View Full Version : how to boot them
Is it possible to boot and/or ban a player from your server when you're hosting an online game?

Nope. :( That's what sucks about RC MP.

A major oversight by LucasArts... and still no patch for the bugs either after all this time (6 months?)! Bummer...

Dear fellow Star Wars Gamer,
As ADMIN or as we like to call ourselves "DARKCON Mages" we can use console commands to edit specific players actor/pawn/MPClone properties so that the player can not respawn, maybe have zero health points, can not move, can not pick-up any weapons ect...to discourage the jediscum from ever connecting to that server again or get the player to settle down; either way, there many many was to get arround LUCAS ART'S failure to understand the fundamentals of the UNREAL ENGINE and its need for the server host to have even the most basic admin support features, not to mention to be able to creat the most hilarious, entertaining DeathMatches by changing the normal routine and adding the unpredicatable to the game, adding the bizarre and the amazing abilities of what the UNREAL ENGINE offers when managed by a true, skilled admin.
Here is a small list of what a admin can do:
CHANGE PLAYER MODELS TO UNACCESSIBLE ONES LIKE YODA/CHEWIEE ECT
CHANGE WEAPON/PROP/PLAYER SIZE
CHANGE SPEED/GRAVITY/GRoundFriction FACTORS
CHANGE WEAPON EFFECTS/APPERANCE/
CREATE NEW WEAPONS
CREATE NEW ABILITIES - FORCE POWERS
CREATE OBJECTS & SPECIAL EFFECTS
DARKCON MAGIC AKA GAME ADMIN IS LIMITED ONLY TO YOUR IMAGINATION
If any Questions Ask for Master Ravon - Teacher of ADMIN SUPPORT
