There's too many underwear reskins already. Search on PCGM (http://www.pcgamemods.com/) and I'm sure you'll find something similar to what you want.

If anyone did make this mod, are you refering to just the normal texture or a modified one? Because there are plenty and I mean plenty of underwear mods out there so the odds of you already using one is rather high ;)
