It most likely wasn't true, but us in the SW:RC community are working on this. I know that it is very unlikely that this'll work, but why not:

Petitions never work. Those poor guys are going to be disappointed.
There's more to making games than fan-demand. LA needs men to work on the project and time to put into making it a kick-ass game, not to mention the money needed to implicate it in the first place.
So I guess we'll just have to sit tight and cross our fingers and wait.

Oh no, that's not gonna work. LucasArts is gonna make something that'll give them money - like Force Unleashed or the unnamed Wii game. See, Consoles with fancy games are a more lucrative option to sequels of games. LucasArts does not cater to their fans, who are a smaller group compared to the larger group of casual console "gamers".
Honestly, the non-geeky console gamers make me sick. But they make plenty of money for LA.

That's very true. I knew before it was even made that something like this would never work. But even if it doesn't, I think that it can be a document of how many people loved the game and would like a sequel.

Jesus Christ thats awesome. They have Omega action figures now as well, I didn't realise the books were that well known.
Where did you get the suit and how much was it? Or were you LYING?
I want one! Those are really accurate!

It's amazing the lengths a superfan will go. I've never seen those suits for sale, i've only seen websites that have detailed instructions on how to make one yourself.
The worst fan made armor, I've ever seen was a guy from Britian who made his armor out of Paper Miche  it looks really stupid, here's a link...
