Hey there, I am want to model a new mask for Kotor2. I don't like masks that cover up a lot of the characters face, so my idea was to make a mask that would only cover a small portion of the face and is not symmetrical( I would like it to be only on one side of the face). Is that possible ? All masks I have seen so far are symmetrical and hence cover both sides of the face...

Yes, is possible. Since masks doesn't have animation included you can do any model.

Most masks are symmetrical as it makes it easier to skin for, you only have to have half a skin and it works for both sides. But you could easily make a one sided mask without any worries.

It usually does't matter because you can arrange the uvw wrap anyway you want.
