Does anybody know how I can make a custom Ebon Hawk skybox, meaning that when you look out of the window, you see a certain texture, usually the surroundings of the Ebon Hawk when you land on the planet. The files are called "ebo_sky(module name).tga", and I've been trying to make one for M4-78, but it always comes out tiled. Suggestions?

I don't know, but was it originaly tiled?

The original for M4-78 was some 32x32 image of some thing, that wasn't tiled. The tga's for the other planets have a resolution of 1024x256. Usually it's just stretched so that it fills the area around you, but in the case of my custom ones, it isn't.

I don't know how the stuff works, but maybe it only supports a certain resolution...
did you try making one the same size as the original, or making one a size in between and seeing if the tiles are larger?
Also could there be an option you had selected/deselected when saving?

Try to use for M4-78 one from game (telos, dantooine....) and see if it works.
Do not modify that texture, only rename-it to M4-78.

Tried it... Still is tiled... Hmm....

Could there have been data that was supposed to be transferred with the texture, when you view them in KT sometimes there is text in the small window?

All testures are used to map models. In your case will be easy to identify what model is used for skybos on M4-78 and replacing-it with one standard model (dantooine, telos, perragus...).
