Well, their site: http://www.lucasfangames.de/ doesnt seem to be functioning right now, but to read about what it had to say, go to:

And, if you want to discuss it, you can use the forums there, since there are no maniac mansion forums on lucasforums, and the previous mm forum was hacked months ago...
