You know in the entertainment module on Citadel Station? If you open up the sealed module door you get basically a barren zone with walls lights etc, but there is something there. But something stops you from moving into it. What is this and can it be removed?

If I'm not mistaken when you cannot walk somewhere this means the walkmesh for the module doesn't cover that area. End result we can only go where the module has calculated that we can go...

I know Fred Tetra and Cchargin were playing around with walkmesh files so being able to enter that area might be possible to do in the future. :)

Mark the image linked to below with an arrow and show me where you can't go (direction of travel and location), then either post a link to the new image or email it to me. (Address in the Kotor Tool readme.txt file)

I think that is it, it is the section where you go up once you have exited the little shuttle dealy, and there are benches and stuff- it looks as though it connects around to another area and it also looks very very big. Btw is that a new map for the module editor you happen to be working on?

Actually, it is. T7Nowhere did a whole set of maps for use with the module editor. I just have to adjust, render and calbrate them. If you use the "show maps supported..." menu item on the Tools menu in Kotor Tool, you'll see that 5 of them are T7's work (so far). That is, assuming your mapinfo.bfd is up-to-date! :)

So what exactly did you want to know where I couldn't access for, is there a way to fix that as I'd like to access that area behind the module door as it looks to be very very big.

When I do set the map up in the module editor, I can check some things out in the module, like the walkmesh.

That is great because if you can do that then that area will become the Administration zone with a possible link to a new set of docks- I'm getting obsessed with Citadel Station, a lot of what I've done is pathetic but I'm working up to something- honest!
