Is there a way (any) to increase the lightsaber damage that a jedi causes per level? Following the Core Rules the Jedis, depending on the class, get an increasing lightsaber damage per level (+1d8 from 3th level and on), is there a way to do this...

Well, I don't know about that +1d8 thing, but you might be a ble to write a script to where you get a lightsaber every level and then that lightsaber is modified to deal more damage. Might be wrong about all that though.

But then you would lose your personal upgrades, modded sabers, crystals, etc.
You'd have to do it more as a skill or feat type of thing.

What do you mean? You'd still have everything. Just customize a blue saber or a red saber increase the damage, name it Lvl 2 saber, then write a script (or have someone else do it) to give it to you.

you'd loose all the upgrade items that you put into that particular saber when you loast it and got the new one. Unless you are saying that you just get a new saber per levelup

Why not write a script/passive force power to add 1d8 damage per jedi class level to your attacks when you have a lightsaber equipped in combat?
Or modify all lightsabers/ the lightsaber template to create an effect that boosts damage by 1d8 per jedi level? which might amount to the same thing as scripting it.

^Like a new sabre form, only in the passive FP slot ;)

I would definitely go with the script.
