I somehow doubt that this collection was ever legally released. I would report this, but I'm not completely sure how one would go about doing that.

"Help" link, "Contact Us" link, "Report a listing...", "Items that may violate...", "...copies of videogames", "Email" link

Sounds like someone just stuck ScummVM and as many Adventure Games as he could fit onto a DVD or two. If you feel the need to report it, eBay are the people to notify, but well spotted - if anyone is thinking of buying this then as you probably assumed, this collection is not an official or legal release.

Consider it reported. I can't stand it when some idiot puts up bootleg items up for auction in direct violation of the EBay terms of use that he or she has agreed to.
