View Full Version : One's Head On Another's Body

I've seen a few really accurate attempts at taking the head off a model such as Luke Skywalker or Han Solo and putting it on another body like the Stormtrooper. I'm interested in creating a sort of trooper-model by taking the head off one model and placing it on the armoured body of another and I was wondering about the steps and tools I would need to take in order to achieve that.

First things first:
Get 3D studio max 4.x, 5 or 6, then install the modding tools and get .glm importer for max.

Are u using 3D max?, that looks like milkshape to me...

I used Milkshape. But I made the 3ds file and exported it into 3dsmax 4. So, what do I have to do now?

Sorry for double posting but I've a question: Can I use the biped to weght my model, I mean as skeleton?

No, you cant use a biped, stick with the JA skeleton.
