Purpose of Bastila Shan's Web Forum

Have I missed something? What is this new forum for? I think I understand what the KotOR Tool forum is all about but what's up with its companion in the Hosted Forums section?

The forum is for a new site that will be a subdomain of starwarsknights.com, just like the new kotor tool website.
