Nar Shadda: Red Eclipse

I've been to Dantooine, helped Vrook blah blah blah. Now I'm on Nar Shadda and I've murdered the Red Eclipse thugs outside the Hawk, but I can't find the leader. If he's supposed to be on the Hawk, then it's empty. I have a few mods installed but none that stop this happening (I think).

The leader should be in the Hawk´s camera room. Anyway, with mods have you intaled? Maybe what has appened is that some of the mods has replaced the red sun´s leader skin and it can´t be seen (Sometime has appened to me with the game characters, and even with the body of the PC).
